CityView Media forwards all claim enquiries to a team of UK registered solicitors who are responsible for claims processing. There is no contract between any potential claimant and CityView Media. Any contract, agreement or signed document is between the client and the solicitor firm handling the claim.

By sending CityView Media any information or material, you grant CityView Media an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that CityView Media is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.

FEES AND REFERRALS

CityView Media comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code 1990, as amended, and the Solicitors Publicity Code 2001 published by the Law Society and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.

There is no charge by CityView Media to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to CityView Media.

If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom CityView Media refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay CityView Media  a fee. The fee ranges between £150 and £650. The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed. The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. All information supplied to us via the online claim form or otherwise may be passed on to relevant companies or organisations in order to deal with your enquiry. In particular, claim information supplied to us will inevitably be forwarded to a UK registered solicitor in order to process the enquiry.

The email address is used as part of the security system to ensure that the registered owner be advised of all activity. Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, CityView Media periodically sends out e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to our users about services and products offered by CityView Media or its affiliates or partners. Upon request, CityView Media will remove users (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail newsletters or contact.

CityView Media is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its suppliers or advertisers. CityView Media uses precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure.
