Compensation Claim Fees & Referrals
Everyday Claims comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code 1990, as amended, and the Solicitors Publicity Code 2001 published by the Law Society and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.
There is no charge by Everyday Claims to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to Everyday Claims.
If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom Everyday Claims refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay Everyday Claims a fee. The initial referral fee ranges between £150 and £950 and may attract a further fee depending on the specific case. The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed. The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.
At Everyday Claims we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. All information supplied to us via the online claim form or otherwise may be passed on to relevant companies or organisations in order to deal with your enquiry. In particular, claim information supplied to us will inevitably be forwarded to a UK registered solicitor or firm in order to process the enquiry.
